Pro-Bono Work

Karuna Krishan Thareja is also a compassionate advocate for justice. She dedicates her time and expertise to pro bono work, including serving as a legal counsel and a valuable member of the Safeguarding Team for the child rights NGO pratyek.org.in. 

Within this Child Rights Advocacy organization, she plays a pivotal role in providing crucial legal consultations, particularly on matters related to the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO). Her involvement in such meaningful initiatives underscores her commitment to protecting the rights and well-being of vulnerable children in our society. 

In addition, she is on the advisory board of Indian Centre for Child and Human Rights (ICCHR) a national research centre under the supervision of UNICEF India led by the Truth & Youth and Umeed NGO.
